The perfect platter for 2 to 4 people.  Nice amount for 2, light snack for 4.  This platter is made with two of our best-selling cheeses, a rich French double crème, Fromage d'Affinois, and a firm nutty sheep's milk cheese Zamorano from Spain which is very similar to Manchego. Also includes Italian Dry salami, our signature sweet & spicy nuts, some dried apricots & dried cherries plus some crispy crostini. Served on a 12" x 12" balsa wood tray and includes 2 wooden knives + 4 cocktail napkins so it's unwrap & ready to serve.
