This two-tiered gift comes filled with five delectable cheeses for a total of over 2 1/2 pounds of cheese plus a host of sweet & savory delights including: Urban Oven olive oil crackers, Tresors Sea Salt crackers, Cacciatorino Salami for San Luis Obispo, Fallot gourmet mustard, artisanal jam, Spanish Marcona almonds and our best selling sea salt Bequet caramels - all topped off with a Laguiole French cheese knife that they can continue to enjoy even once the cheese is gone! Add a bottle of Graham Beck Sparkling Rosé wine to get the celebration going! Trust us, we call it THE Big Cheese for a reason.

ALP BLOSSOM / cow’s milk, Germany
A wonderfully rich Alpine style cheese from Germany. Covered in local edible wild flowers, their flavor lightly infuses this smooth, nutty cheese that is sure to please!

EWEPHORIA / sheep’s milk, Holland
Made with pure sheep’s milk and aged 8-10 months, the firm, flaky texture is complimented by its rich buttery flavor that finishes slightly sweet. A crowd pleaser & house favorite!

BARBER’S RESERVE / cow’s milk, England
This classic English cheddar is matured at least 24 months in the Somerset countryside. It’s dense and creamy with a lasting sharpness.

MT TAM / triple crème cow’s milk, California
As triple crèmes go, this is an all-time favorite! Made in northern California by Cowgirl Creamery, it’s a deliciously rich, full-flavored cow’s milk cheese with a salty sweet cream finish. A unique brie that holds its crumbly center even as it ripens. One of our best sellers!

BENNING / goat's milk, Holland
This unique gouda is made with pure goat’s milk and aged 3 - 4 months. The texture is smooth & silky while the flavor is slightly sweet with a delicate mild tang in the finish.

Optional Paired Wine ~ Sommariva "Il Rosa" Spumante Brut NV / Veneto, Italy ~ Pinot Nero & Raboso
This delicious Sparkling Rosé was new to our shop this year and became an instant hit! Lively bubbles deliver notes of bright red berries that dance over your palate. Flavorful yet dry, this sparkling wine is a perfect accompaniment to anything at apéro hour and pairs particularly well with a wide variety of cheeses and charcuterie.
