This unique creation by Hofkaserei Kraus pay tribute to both the traditional cheese making style of the alps and the King of Cheeses. Parmigiano Reggiano from Cravero is grated and added into the curd during the make process. This leaves you with a beautifully fudgy cheese speckled with bursts of crystal from the Reggiano. Building a bridge over the Alps between Bavaria and Italy.
