This cheese comes to us through the Adopt-an-Alp program, supporting small Swiss creameries. Alp Gantrischli is a cooperative of 8 milking herds and huts that share an alp. Small creameries like these have been hit particularly hard during the pandemic, so supporting them is more meaningful than ever!

This beauty is the creamiest of the Alpine cheeses! Made in Switzerland right on the French border, this has been a classic winter cheese made in the region for centuries. Rich, meaty & oh so creamy, it’s a must try!
