Exceptionally clean and simple, this Arneis is medium-bodied with pear, melon, and a hint of beeswax on the palate. The texture is somewhat creamy and oily with a refreshing acidic finish. Gentle minerality mingles with a slight honey note that makes it a perfect pairing with creamy cheeses like Fromage d’Affinois as well as mild, semi-firm cheeses like Honey Bee.
