This deliciously delicate goat's milk cheese is sure to make you feel like you've been whisked away to the French countryside, yet it is made in the great state of Wisconsin, believe it or not! Three weeks aging gives this cheese a soft, oozy texture under a beautiful wrinkly mild rind. Bright, creamy citrus flavor with a clean, tangy goatiness.
